Dubai proxies, made simple
Dubai sites often show English and Arabic side by side, with prices in UAE dirhams. Gulf Standard Time has no summer clock change.

Stopovers, seasonal attractions and local rules: Dubai on a borrowed address
Here is the short version: a Dubai proxy relays your traffic through the city, and websites answer as though you were browsing from a flat or hotel there. The city's offers, events and weather then come first, with prices in dirhams. People use one to plan a stopover, to research a move before signing a contract, or to preview an online shop as a Dubai customer would. English is widely used online, alongside Arabic.
Planning a stopover
Dubai International is the home of Emirates, so many long trips include a stop here. With a Dubai IP, searches for Metro times, attraction tickets and desert trips bring up local sites first, which helps you judge what fits into a short layover.
Seasonal attractions
Some favourites only open in the cooler months: Global Village and the Dubai Miracle Garden typically run from autumn to spring and close for the summer heat. Local sites post each season's opening dates, so check them before you book rather than trusting last year's article.
Three quick steps
In your dashboard, the location menu lists the United Arab Emirates and then Dubai; choose both, pick a proxy type, and paste the details it gives you into your browser or phone. An IP-check page should then say Dubai; if it names another country, check the settings again.
Local rules
UAE law treats misuse of IP addresses seriously, including using one to commit or hide an offence, and some calling apps are restricted in the country. Keep to ordinary browsing, follow each site's terms, and remember that your own country's laws apply to you as well.

Local broadband and mobile networks
Which type should I pick?
You buy data by the gigabyte (GB). Unsure? Residential covers most local checks.
Residential Premium
Selected residential IPs. For stricter sites.
Quick start in three steps
- 1 Buy a little data first
- 2 Choose the location
- 3 Connect, then test it
First time? The setup guide walks through each step, and our IP checker shows when it's working.
Good to know first
- Types. Residential and mobile IPs come from home broadband and phone networks; datacenter IPs come from servers. Residential, explained →
- Connections. Every type works over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. What those are →
- Sessions. A sticky session keeps one IP for a while, which suits logins. A rotating one changes it on every request, which suits long lists of public pages. Which do I need? → Static proxies →
- Limits. Only your IP changes, not your language settings, your clock or who you are when signed in.
- The rules. Stay within the law that applies to you and each site's terms of service. Acceptable use policy →
