Proxy locations, in plain English
A proxy’s location is simply the country your internet traffic appears to come from. Choose from 59+ countries, pick a type (datacenter, residential, mobile 4G/5G or residential premium) and your login details arrive within seconds.
What changes when you pick a country
Websites often show different things depending on where a visitor seems to be. Prices, search results, adverts, the products on offer and even the language a page loads in can change from one country to the next, and sometimes from one city to the next. From home, you only ever see the version meant for your own location.
A proxy sends your traffic through an IP address in another country, so the website treats you like an ordinary visitor from there. That lets you see the local version of a site, check local prices and stock, look at search results the way locals see them, or test your own website or app as a local user would. With 59+ country pages across 7 regions of the world, you run all of it from one dashboard.
The country is the only thing that changes. Delivery is still instant, the uptime target is still 99.9%, HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 all still work, and every order still lasts a fixed 30 days. Only the starting point of your traffic moves.
Which type should I pick for a location?
Each of our IPs belongs to a real network somewhere in the world, and you decide where. Every type can be set to a country, and in the bigger markets residential can go down to a single city. The short version:
Residential (home IPs): a country or a city
IP addresses from real home internet connections, set to the country you choose and, where the market allows, to a named city. Websites see an ordinary local resident. Pick this when the exact location really matters, such as checking prices in one city.
Mobile (phone-network IPs): carrier and region
Addresses from 4G/5G mobile networks in your chosen country. Phone networks reshuffle their addresses all the time, so websites tend to trust them, and you see what someone browsing on a phone there would see.
Datacenter (server IPs): country level
Dedicated IPs in data centres within your chosen country, connected through a 1 Gbps backbone (the main high-speed network line), so they’re quick. They cost less than residential, which makes sense when you need a local IP but not a home one.
The location is picked at checkout, and you can switch it in the dashboard later with no need to buy again. We check each IP’s location at network level, so the address you use really does point to the country you picked.
Picking a country: six rules of thumb
Start from what you actually want to see, then choose the country that shows it to you. These simple rules work for most beginners:
Go where your customers are
Selling to people in Germany from a small online shop? Look through a German IP and you see the same prices, adverts and search results they do.
Check the local shop window
Lots of online shops change prices, currency and stock depending on the visitor’s country. Pick the country whose prices or products you want to see.
Search like a local
Search results differ between countries and languages. With an IP in that country, the results and local map listings you get come close to what someone living there sees.
Remember that rules differ
Prices, content and the law can all vary from one country to another. If you are testing something for a particular country, use that country, and check what is allowed there.
Need a city? Choose residential
For very local checks, such as what a visitor in London sees, a residential IP set to that city is more precise than a country-wide one. Cities are available in the larger markets.
Unsure? Start with a big market
No particular country in mind? The US, UK, Germany and the Netherlands all have plenty of addresses and suit everyday use.

Any type, in any country on the list
Every type covers the same countries, so choose by the job rather than the location. Each one works over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5; to sign in, use a username and password or add your own IP address to a whitelist.
Datacenter →
From $2.49/GB
Quick and easy on the budget. Good for simple, high-volume tasks tied to one country.
Residential →
From $3.98/GB
IPs from real homes, which websites tend to trust. Target a whole country or a single city.
Mobile 4G / 5G →
From $4.98/GB
IPs from phone networks, chosen by country. Useful for apps and sites built mainly for phones.
Residential Premium →
From $6.99/GB
Our selected residential pool, kept for the fussier websites.
Want a particular city?
For most things a country is precise enough. When you need to be more local, the bigger markets offer residential IPs set to a single city, on pages like /{country}-proxies/{city}.
London IPs →
Handy for London prices, delivery options and local search results in the United Kingdom.
New York IPs →
See United States websites the way someone browsing from New York sees them.
Dubai IPs →
Check prices and pages in the United Arab Emirates from inside the country.
Each country page shows which cities you can pick. You can also type a city address straight in, like /germany-proxies/berlin.

Three everyday checks you can run from another country
Most location-based jobs are simple, honest checks. Pick a country, then one of these:
Search results abroad →
See where a website ranks in another country’s search results (the SERP, short for search engine results page), local map listings included.
Checking your own adverts →
Make sure your ads appear properly, in suitable places and in front of the people you meant to reach, wherever you run them.
Comparing prices abroad →
Put prices, currencies and stock side by side, country by country, so you know what shoppers there are really offered.

Quick start in three steps
There is no separate form for each country and no waiting list. Choosing a country is simply part of placing your order.
Pick a country
Select your country while checking out, plus a city if that option appears. It can be changed later in the dashboard.
Get your login details
As soon as the payment clears, your proxy address, port and login appear in your dashboard, usually within seconds.
Paste them into your app
Enter the details in your browser, app or tool, using HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5. You can switch country, protocol or rotation later without buying anything again.
Picking a country never changes the price
Where your traffic appears to come from makes no difference to the bill. Whether you choose the US, Japan or anywhere else on the list, each type costs the same flat price per gigabyte. Orders last a fixed 30 days, there are no contracts or setup fees, and you pay for the data you order and nothing more.
Is this allowed?
Using a proxy is legal in most places, but what you do through it still has to follow the law where you are and the terms of service of every website you visit. Choosing a location is for honest, everyday checks: local prices and search results, your own adverts, protecting your brand, and testing websites and apps you own. Our network is ethically sourced and we keep no record of the sites you visit, so using it responsibly is down to you. Before your first order, have a quick read of our acceptable use policy.

How many countries can I choose from?
Right now 59+ countries have their own page on this site, covering every major region of the world. In the bigger markets you can go further and pick a single city. The full country list, sorted by region, is higher up this page.
Will a proxy in another country cost me more?
No. You pay per gigabyte (GB) of data, and the rate stays the same whichever country you choose: datacenter from $2.49/GB, residential from $3.98/GB, mobile from $4.98/GB and residential premium from $6.99/GB. You are only charged for the data you order.
Can I get an IP in a particular city?
Yes, in the bigger markets. There, residential IPs can be narrowed to one city using pages such as /{country}-proxies/{city}; London, New York and Dubai are examples. You will find the available cities on each country's page.
Where do I choose the location, and how soon can I start?
At checkout you pick the country, plus a city where one is offered, and you can switch it later in your dashboard. Once your payment clears, your login details show up straight away, so you can normally be up and running within seconds.
Can I use any proxy type in any country?
Yes. You can use any of the four types (datacenter, residential, mobile and residential premium) in any country on the list. They all support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, and you sign in either with a username and password or through an IP whitelist.
Do you keep a list of the websites I visit?
No. We keep no record of which websites you visit. The network is ethically sourced and designed with privacy in mind, so what you do is your own business, provided you keep to the terms of service of every site you use.
