Bangkok proxies, made simple
Bangkok is Thailand's capital. Thai sites use the Thai script, prices are in baht, and the clock is on Indochina Time, the same as Vietnam's.

Bangkok through a newcomer's browser: Skytrain trips, riverside temples and Songkran week
Each time you open a site, it reads your IP address and makes a rough guess at your location. Send your browsing through a Bangkok proxy and Thai sites place you in the city, so its markets, events and news tend to come first. Useful for planning a trip, moving for work or study, or checking your shop for Thai buyers. Three steps: pick a type, choose Thailand and Bangkok, then enter the details in your browser.
Markets and temples
Local searches surface Bangkok staples: Chatuchak Weekend Market, the riverside temples Wat Pho and Wat Arun, Chao Phraya Express boats and the food stalls along Yaowarat Road at night. Opening days change, so confirm on each venue's own page before going.
Getting around
The BTS Skytrain and MRT lines cover central Bangkok, the Airport Rail Link runs out to the main airport, and the newer Pink and Yellow monorail lines reach further out. Local transit pages and news, read through a Bangkok IP, carry service changes, fare news and station closures.
Bangkok papers
The Bangkok Post publishes in English, and Thairath and Matichon cover the city in Thai. Their city sections report rainy-season flooding, road closures and big events such as Loy Krathong on the river, usually in November.
What stays the same
A Bangkok IP won't open a Thai bank account or let you pay by PromptPay, the QR payment system tied to Thai bank accounts, and a Thai SIM still needs your passport at registration. Each site's terms and your own country's laws keep applying.

Local broadband and mobile networks
Which type should I pick?
You buy data by the gigabyte (GB). Unsure? Residential covers most local checks.
Residential Premium
Selected residential IPs. For stricter sites.
Quick start in three steps
- 1 Buy a little data first
- 2 Choose the location
- 3 Connect, then test it
First time? The setup guide walks through each step, and our IP checker shows when it's working.
Good to know first
- Types. Residential and mobile IPs come from home broadband and phone networks; datacenter IPs come from servers. Residential, explained →
- Connections. Every type works over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. What those are →
- Sessions. A sticky session keeps one IP for a while, which suits logins. A rotating one changes it on every request, which suits long lists of public pages. Which do I need? → Static proxies →
- Limits. Only your IP changes, not your language settings, your clock or who you are when signed in.
- The rules. Stay within the law that applies to you and each site's terms of service. Acceptable use policy →
